Nobody can deny the fact that the internet is in everyone’s lives; it is everywhere. It has become a crucial part of our lives, and most of us cannot go about our day without using it.
We all use the internet regularly on a day-to-day basis, whether it be for school, work, or just for fun. The question is, however, does the internet do more good, or does it do more harm?
I believe that the internet does more good than harm. It seems almost impossible to imagine a life without the internet. We do our homework, shop, read, and get information from the internet. You are able to communicate with people more effectively and can have an actual conversation with someone without having to meet them in person.
Most people could not survive without the internet. You can convey important information with just one email, shop online when you don’t feel like getting out of the house, and even use the internet for entertainment.
Many parents have even said that the internet has been very helpful in their children’s education, and helped them learn more outside of school. With one internet search, you can obtain information much faster than if you were trying to get information without the internet.
The internet definitely does more good than harm and helps us complete our daily activities more conveniently. Some might say that the internet does more harm than good. I disagree. The internet can be used in a negative way, but that is not enough to believe that the internet is harmful. These negative decisions are to be blamed on people, and not the internet.
At the end of the day, the internet does way more good than harm, and it is your fault if you choose to use it negatively. Overall, the internet has positively impacted our lives and we are able to achieve great things through the usage of the internet. Some of our daily activities couldn’t even be completed without the internet. Therefore, I believe that the internet does more good than harm.
