GSA sponsors Day of (No) Silence on April 12

Freshmen GSA members Maya Contreras and Esperanza Anaya post flyers encouraging students to sign up to participate in the Day of (No) Silence on April 12. This day is a way for students to commit to not remaining silent when they witness harassment and discrimination against LGBTQ+ people in schools. At the end of the day on April 12, GSA will sponsor a pizza party in the IMC for students who want to participate. The cost of the pizza party is $1. Students and staff can also show support by purchasing T-Shirts $15. They will be on sale in the IMC from April 1 through April 11.
