Mathletes adds to food drive volunteers

Mrs. Bogard provides direction to Mathletes members Rayyan Vohram Noah Nelson, Nataly Hernandez, and Phuong Phang who devoted their Nov. 19 practice time in order to volunteer for the 40th Annual Bremen Food Drive. The Mathletes members helped pack the donated food into boxes to be delivered to local food pantries.

Competitive club takes gaming to new levels

In this first-ever meeting, they discussed general information about Robotics and when the meetings will be held moving forward. Everyone is welcome to join the Robotics Club and learn about robots! Students gather around a cell phone locker at the end of class to retrieve their phones. Bremen introduced the cell phone lockers in each classroom at the beginning of the school year in order to help students maintain focus on academics.

Mr. Cappel tutors students on Nov. 19 after school in the IMC. Bremen provides free tutoring on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4pm for all students looking for academic assistance.

Seniors Said Rodriguez and Oscar Gonzalez head out to drop off food drive bags in the Midlothian community on Nov. 12. The bags allow people to leave the food they wanted to donate on their porches for student volunteers to collect the week of Nov. 18.
