Let’s give a round of applause to Jessica Rodriguez, Emily Avalos, Areli Reyes, Makaio Dee, Abigail Soto, Arizdelzy Avila, Katie Trujillo, Yahaira Rodriguez for placing first in FCCLA Regional Competition!  These students were able to continue on to the state competition on the following dates:  April 13th – 15th in Springfield IL.

These special Bremen students competed in the assigned areas which include Cookie Decorating, Child Care, Salad Demonstration, Preschool Lesson Planning.  A lot of preparation goes into competing.  The students started to prepare and practice in class in December.

To prepare, they compete against their classmates.  There is so much to do to get ready for the regional competition in February and then be ready to move on to the state competition.

Some Honorable mentions are TAsia Mason, Johanna Martinez for placing second in regionals but will not be continuing to state.

Overall, it was a great season and so many people are happy with the culmination of competition.
