The Bremen Poms Team waits to perform for their first time on Friday, Aug. 25 at a JV Football Scrimmage Game!

The Bremen Poms Team members are so excited for this year. The team and the coaches will be introducing PomPons to the performances.  The Bremen Poms team was last heard of in 2018; now Ms. Palmer and Ms. Pardol are bringing it back!

What is Pom Pons? Coach Palmer explains: “Pom is a style of dance that focuses on precision and execution. We strive to have sharp motions and be in sync with one another.”

The team has already had tryouts during the spring and have been preparing in the summer for the fall season to play during halftime shows at football games. The team and coaches have worked very hard to perform and entertain Bremen with their amazing dances.

“Our Poms team is seen at football and basketball games; the performances are done to support our school and provide halftime entertainment. We also compete ourselves against other schools during our winter season. Our goal is to have a team that is supportive of one another as well as representing ourselves in a way that allows us all to be proud to be a part of the team,” says Palmer.

“We currently have 24 excellent members who have all put in so much heart and dedication to the program and we are so proud of them all. We are so excited for the rest of the season and cannot wait to perform more!” exclaimed Coach Palmer.

Poms is a year round sport. The team performs, competes, and they do team bonding activities!  “The Bremen Pom team has worked incredibly hard all summer long. They continue to work hard as we enter the 2023-2024 school year. Our Pom team has passion, friendship, and integrity,” explained coach Pardol.

Poms encourages friendship and family.  It is a team that you can count on… A team that pushes you to be the best version of yourself!  Most importantly, Poms is a team who sees you for you.  “We can’t wait to see what the season holds for our dancers!” explained Palmer.  If you want to join the poms team, be on the lookout for tryouts next spring for the 2024-2025 season!
